Fyra dagar till SWEsrii – 39 presentationer om internetterapi gratis

På fredag slår vi upp dörrarna för den 7e konferensen om internetbehandlingar. Precis som tidigare år är inträdet gratis. Förutom ett öppningsanförande av professor Per Carlbring kommer 39 presentationer att hållas. Nytt för i år är att alla presentationer är på Engelska. Projektanslag från Riksbankens Jubileumsfond

I torsdags eftermiddag meddelade Riksbanken att deras jubileumsfond beviljade mig 1 706 000 kr för projektet “Behandling av social fobi med virtual reality (Oculus Rift)”.  Min nya doktorand Alexander Miloff hade en mycket viktig roll i denna ansökan eftersom vi skrev den tillsammans. 3 miljoner kronor till forskning om spelmissbruk

På den internationella spelansvarskonferensen “Responsible Gaming Summit” i Mariehamn presenterades en ny forskningssatsning (se Youtube-videon nedan). Det var det åländska spelbolaget Paf som berättade att de inleder ett forskningssamarbete med psykologiska institutionen vid Stockholms Universitet. Samarbetet avser ett fyraårigt forskningsprojekt om nätspel med fokus på gränssättning, kundkontakt och feedback på spelvanor.
